Thomas Rambeaud has officiated as a chef at La Maison du Marquis in Grignan since 2007 and he draws upon his great experience and his Provençal
roots to create cooking which he loves, based on fresh produce of great quality. A true perfectionist, Thomas adores giving free rein to his creativity, with which he produces
superb dishes with in-season products.
